Successful Engagement with Beaver and Cubs Group at St Cecilia's Church, Stonecot

This week, officers from the Stonecot Safer Neighbourhood Team were delighted to visit the Beavers and Cubs at Saint Cecilia’s Church for a fun and engaging session with local young people.

The visit provided an excellent opportunity for children to meet their local officers, learn about the role of the police within the community, and ask plenty of questions about policing and community safety. The Beavers and Cubs showed great enthusiasm throughout the session and were a credit to their group.

We would like to thank the leaders, volunteers, and young people at Saint Cecilia’s Church for their warm welcome and participation. Building positive relationships with young residents is an important part of our work, and we look forward to continuing our engagement with community groups across Stonecot.

If your local group, school, or organisation would be interested in a visit from the Stonecot Safer Neighbourhood Team, please get in touch.
